Shipping Policy

1. Availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select Indian pin codes. Please check your pin code at the time of checkout to verify if COD is available for your area.

2. COD Shipping Charges A nominal shipping charge of ₹50 will be applied to all COD orders.

3. Shipping Process and Timeline All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai via our trusted courier partners. Please allow the following delivery times from the date of order confirmation:

• Domestic Shipping: 5 to 14 business days. Deliveries are made between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

4. Signature Requirement Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, please arrange for an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor to accept the package on your behalf. Thitiksha Organique is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.

5. Claims for Shortages or Damages Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery. Please contact us at support@thitikshaorganique.in for assistance.

6. Shipping and Handling Rates Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on product type, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. The exact shipping and handling costs will be displayed at the time of checkout, ensuring full transparency before payment is made.
